Several races and intensive training were achieved to raise money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. She understands the mind / body connection. As a mentor and a team captain, Carine has taken participants whom were enjoying every free moment on a sofa watching tv, to crossing a finish line a few months later. The feeling someone gets when crossing a finish line is priceless. Yes, there is always the physical challenge, but more than anything else, there is the discovery of one self. Carine is a certified firewalker and the techniques acquired enable her to empower the people she coaches on a daily basis.

The last three years, she has been running her own business helping people work on their relationships as well as work on themselves.
