Why a “Toolbox”?

“A beggar had been sitting by the side of a road for over thirty years. One day a stranger walked by. “Spare some change?” mumbled the beggar, mechanically holding out his old baseball cap. “I have nothing to give you”, said the stranger. Then he asked:” What’s that you are sitting on?” “Nothing” replied the beggar. “Just an old box. I have been sitting on it for as long as I can remember”. “Ever looked inside”, asked the stranger? “No”, said the beggar. “What’s the point? There is nothing in there.” “Have a look inside”, insisted the stranger. The beggar managed to pry open the lid. With astonishment, disbelief, and elation, he saw that the box was filled with gold.” (E. Tolk)

There are many tools inside available to us, but most of us are sitting on the toolbox, not knowing the potential that would unfold once we decide to take charge of our life. Open the toolbox and use the tools!

We all have a tendency to look for answers: in books, lectures or going to one more workshops. We talk and talk, over and over about the problems; focusing on them instead of focusing on solutions. Doing so, we get trapped in endless conversations with our ego. We are so busy trying to find some basic needs such as happiness, peace, love and abundance in our life that we forget to look inside ourselves. We forget to communicate with our soul.

We all have an unlimited potential within us. Whatever challenge we face in our life (career, family, relationships, etc.), the answers are within us.

Being coached to reach our maximum potential and fulfill our dreams is like having a partner guiding us step by step to turn the key that will unlock our heart.
